Your day, ready before you are.
The weather and what’s on your calendar, every morning at seven.

Ugla is a personal AI agent that lives on your own box. It remembers what matters, gets things done and keeps what it learns under your control.
Meet UglaThe more you use an AI assistant, the more it knows about you. With most assistants, all of that is kept by the company that runs it.
It’s about time you owned it.
The weather and what’s on your calendar, every morning at seven.
Say what you need. Ugla compares the shops and tells you which one it would pick, and why. Once it ships, it can follow the parcel.
Mention a wish, a size or a plan once. When you need it, Ugla remembers, and everything it remembers is stored on your box.
By default, Ugla asks before anything goes out in your name. Hold to say yes.
Illustrative examples. The people, shops and prices are made up.
Choose what Ugla does without asking, what it checks with you first and what it never does. The AI model can’t change that.
Ugla uses them for you. The AI model only sees the result.
Export your chats, memories and files, or save an encrypted backup.
The beta is for iPhone, and you install it through Apple’s TestFlight app. Android isn’t included yet. Ugla itself lives on your box, the computer you choose for it. Right now, your box can be a 64‑bit Linux computer at home, a Linux server you rent in the cloud, or a machine running Home Assistant OS. Macs, Windows PCs, network storage (NAS) and 32‑bit Raspberry Pi OS aren’t supported yet.
If you’d rather not run a machine yourself, we’re working on a box from Ugla: one we run for you, in Europe. Have a different setup? Tell us in the beta form. Every answer shapes what we support next.
Ugla AI is the AI service we’re building for Ugla, so you don’t need an account with an AI company. Your requests go through our servers in the EU to AI models we’ve vetted, and we never store or log what’s in them. Our goal is for the whole journey to stay in Europe, with nothing stored along the way. We’re not there yet, and we won’t claim we are until it’s true. You’re never locked in: you can switch to another AI service or run an AI model on your own machine.
No. Your chats, memories and files are stored on your box, and we have no way to sign in to it. Everything sent between your phone and your box is encrypted end to end, so no one in between can read it. The AI model only ever sees what a task needs. With Ugla AI, that information passes through our servers on its way to the model, and we never store or log it.
If you choose a box from Ugla, which we’re building, we won’t be able to sign in to it either. But like any server in a data center, it can still be accessed by the people who run the hardware. Here’s what that means for your privacy.
Only what the task at hand needs: your request, plus the memories and information your box picks out for it. Everything else Ugla knows about you stays on your box. If the AI model runs in the cloud, all of that goes to the company that runs it, and their privacy terms apply. If it runs on a machine of your own, none of it ever leaves your hands.
Because Ugla is built to keep you in control. There’s no account to create, and you can read exactly what the installer does before you run it. Your memories are stored on your box, and the AI model never sees your logins. We’re a small team in Sweden, bound by EU data protection law, and we’d rather earn your trust than ask for it.
The first beta is for iPhone. Tell us what you’d run Ugla on, and we’ll tell you if it works yet. Every answer helps decide what we support next.
